Daniel Maust Construction has been a general contractor and subcontractor on residential homes and commercial projects since 1997.
We have been involved in the construction of numerous custom homes, additions, kitchens, baths, decks, and finish projects.
In the early 2000's we began working alongside other contractors to build wineries in the Willamette valley and Chehalem mountains. These include Soter Vineyards, Alloro Winery, Alexana Winery, Appasionata Vineyards, Whistling Dog Cellars and more.

What started as a summer job working with a custom home builder in the Willamette Valley in 1992 has become one of Dan's passions and career.
In the first few years he was able to gain hands on experience from foundations, framing, siding and finish work on a number of custom homes. Working alongside other trades, contractors and homeowners he was able to see how the cooperation and teamwork necessary for a quality project was built through good communication, clear goals and a commitment to quality.
In 1997 Dan started Daniel Maust construction and has continued to build quality projects and quality relationships through his business. He continues working, both as a contractor and a subcontractor of carpentry, with his team.
In his free time he enjoys a number of outdoor activities: snowboarding, mountain biking and surfing to name a few.
Jon Shults
Jon Shults is a skilled craftsman with over 15 years of experience in construction industry. He has honed his skills as a carpenter and takes great pride in his craftsmanship. Whether it is rough framing or fine finishwork Jon provides a superior product. He also has the ability to communicate well with homeowners, tradesmen and his crew that he often takes the lead role with.
In his free time, he is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hunting in the country that is in New York and has brought that passion to Oregon. During the season you probably won't find him, but know that he will be in the coast range or eastern Oregon looking for the large bucks.

Jonathan Watson
Lead carpenter
Jonathan also has over 15 years experience in all phases of carpentry. He graduated from a carpenter apprenticeship program in Oregon in early 2000. Although his passion is for framing, he has continued to hone his skills in all phases of carpentry, tile work and more.
